I wore glasses and contacts every day for over a decade to "correct" my myopia and astigmatism. Not only did the conventional eye care route not fix my vision problems, it made them worse. Once I began learning and applying holistic eye care into my life, my vision started getting better and better to the point of seeing 20/20 without any artificial lenses. It has been my mission since then to help others achieve the same results, which is why I founded Integral Eyesight Improvement LLC in 2013 and have assisted hundreds of people through the process of natural vision improvement in the form of online coaching and courses.
